      The stock for full time employees

      Inconvénients

      NO sense of community internally. No tech 'stuff'...many people working GTC had to buy their own NVIDIA golf shirts. I was working that event 12+ hours a day and they made me drive 45 mins back and forth to Santa Clara rather than add me to a hotel block for $80 / night. Previously worked at Disney and Meta...the perks (and lack of culture) are night and day.

      Avantages

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Inconvénients

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
