Avantages
Benefits and ok pay for menial work given. You can drop your UPS shipments (assuming the cost isn't too high for your low salary) right their in your work mail-room.
Inconvénients
Militaristic micromanagement and wet-behind-the-ear lower mgmt. The wrong people get promoted for reasons such as race & ethnicity. Career opportunities are nil. Most only hope to hang on to the trivial and meaningless job that they have. UPS far under-utilizes its advance degreed specialists. Specialists often have more and higher degrees than the management above them. 20+ year employees are routinely placed in manager positions where they have no business belonging.
