Datameer has a good product in a very high growth sector of the market. The management are very open and quick to share information. Salary and benefits are very good and employee training & support is of a very high standard with new starter onboarding particularly strong and better than many large companies. The latest developments around Cloud and ISV partnerships bode exceedingly well for the future. Excellent highly skilled (and yet customer ready) technical staff at all levels of the organisation
Inconvénients
Costs are very carefully controlled so don't expect lavish parties. There is high staff turnover, not unusual in big data and means that more than half the employees have less than a year's tenure. If you're not based in one of the main offices it can be difficult to feel part of the team
