-unfair and biased "performance assessement" process, fostering competition and not collaboration - DEI improved over the years but mostly wet paint, no real courage to perform structural needed changes (ie: pay equity audits, incorporate DEI goals into performance reviews, (especially managers), leadership accountability (and tie to their performance assessement)
