No longer a great place to work - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Flipp

The company is not the same since the private equity bought half of it. Culture and morale have taken a major hit. There are ongoing layoffs while the company continues to perform well financially. There are no raises unless you move into a new role. Employees are expected to do more with less team members. It now feels like employees are viewed as replaceable rather than valued. It's pretty much no longer positive environment and driven purely by financial targets.
