      Avantages

      Nutanix truly cares about their employees as much as they do their customers.

      Inconvénients

      Overworked, they do a good job offering wellness days but the case loads are high. Its a very demanding environement.

      Avantages

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.

      1. Free Snacks at office. 2. Friendly people around.

      Inconvénients

      1. Some of the managers are very weak technically but they have so much power. 2. Very unheard for the amount of work being done in the company.
