Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Large company with good service on equipment and good product. Not much difference in equipment now days just a commodity.....sale ends up price is only factor which equals no commission
Inconvénients
They introduce new product to sell every month, phones, IT service, software, scanning services ect , anything they can add to equipment sells to make extra profit . Ricoh is restructuring every month be point you do not know who sells what. Very sub par pay. Very high turnover, my territory had 4 previous account managers in last 2 years
