      Sometimes the clients have lunch (as long as u get it fast)

      Inconvénients

      -Lack of growth -Fear based management -Favoritism (only way to grow is through office politics) -Negative corporate culture -unfair standards -low work morale -top management lack of accountability -numbers and data driven vs employee satisfaction -old corporate model -hostile work environment (new management incorporated all these cons)

      Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

      I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!
