Avantages
I would not personally recommend anyone work there.
Inconvénients
I started my time there a FSR not referred to as ACES. The leadership over that portion of the business was terrible. The manager would take sometime a full day to respond with contact information for your site contacts, or not respond at all. I later able to go work directly at a site, where the site leader constantly pawned his work off on the employees and sat in his office doing "training" for most of the time. There was no ownership of work or mistakes made by the management. For the amount of work that had to be completed the salary didn't match what was expected of employees. You were responsible for basically writing your own yearly review, and then submit to management before they ever wrote a review for you. I don't believe the company really cares about their employees work life balance at all. I can only really speak about the experiences I had there, and hope this is different at other sites.
