      Avantages

      The work hours are great, no weekends. Very, very little overtime. Lots of benefits to take advantage of.

      Inconvénients

      Must first work for a temp agency before being hired. They do not honor the salary which is promoted when applying to said position. There is almost no overtime, if there is it must be divided by coworkers. Management is always micromanaging your work or site. Raises are annually, depending on the results of employee evaluations.

      Avantages

      Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

      Inconvénients

      I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!
