Not so with Riot Games. Riot needs awesome tech gurus. Riot has a very mature approach and work ethic. It's not how many hours you spend in the office, it is what you deliver, and how. And play League of Legends! Everyone is encouraged to play, to train yourself to become better and engage with the player community. Regardless of your role. And this is really unique!
Inconvénients
You need to be a very eager ambitious (but humble at the same time) junior, or well seasoned tech vet to find your way around in Riot Games. You're not being guided continuously, instead learn to feed your curiosity. Ask! We all humble, we want to help you. Oh, and LA is very expensive to live... Finding an affordable home can be a challenge.
