      Avantages

      Interesting projects and exposure to cutting edge research which made for a very varied work day

      Inconvénients

      Unnecessary training schedules which did not add value, were not always tailored to job function and were utterly forgettable experiences. Bureaucracy and politics were rife.

      Avantages

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
