We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join our Property Investment team.
The Property Investment team is responsible for delivering our reinvestment improvement programme, ensuring our customers’ homes remain safe, compliant and places they are proud to call home. This work is vital in maintaining the quality of our homes and delivering long term value for both customers and the organisation.
In this role, you will contribute by ensuring that all improvement works are delivered safely, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will play a key part in turning investment plans into successful outcomes that make a real difference to customers’ homes and everyday lives.

What you’ll do
You will be an active presence on your respective site, motivating the workforce to deliver high standards, ensuring works adhere to the required specification and are completed safely in accordance with financial, operational and customer service performance targets. Effective communication will be essential as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, as well as customers and residents.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in site management, ideally within housing, property investment, planned works, or construction environments.
Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements, with the ability to ensure works are delivered safely and in line with compliance standards.
Experience of managing an Internal workforce, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver work on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
Good understanding of construction methods, specifications and quality control processes.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and monitor multiple activities on site.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors, customers, residents and other stakeholders.
The ability to lead and motivate teams on site, promoting high standards of performance and accountability.
A proactive and problem solving approach, with the confidence to make sound decisions and respond effectively to challenges as they arise.
Customer focused, with an understanding of the importance of delivering works that have a positive impact on customers’ homes and communities.
A professional, reliable and adaptable approach, with a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.
