The process was fairly simple-- I was actually referred by a friend, so I didn't even have to submit a resume and cover letter, which was nice. First, I went through a video question process where they asked me 8 questions and I recorded my answers. After that, they called me and told me I made it to the next round, which would be a video chat with 3 hiring managers or some position like that. This was about an hour long, and over their own Adobe system they use for video calls. I had to download the software onto my laptop to do the interview. I was then asked a series of questions by each person. Once it was over, I got a call a few days later that they did not want to move forward with me.

Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
