My interview here was a fairly standard two stage process with a 10 minute presentation and competency based questions. The presentation was a fairly broad subject so it allows you freedom to express yourself and your style. You also have to complete an online survey beforehand which is quite extensive and then they will use this to develop their questions at the interview so it is recommended to do this as naturally as possible.
