Very informal. It seemed that the interviewer wasn't prepared to perform the interview. The interviewer explained about the special project to perform during the internship period, but it looked that didn't know much about the project. It seemed that I fitted internship requirements, but not aptitude requirements.
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

Received email wanting to interview direct from hiring manager after 3 days of application. I scheduled an interview using their calendar link. The overall process was easy. I only made i through the first round

I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
