1. Recruiter call: very easy - they explained the job, asked about my interest and background
2. In person with AE/Team Lead - real time review of my resume, interest, work style, asking questions to discover if I'd be a good team fit.
3. In person with a VP - big picture, about the direction of my career and the direction of the company.

The AE asked me why was I was interested in the specific type of sales -- why outside vs inside.
The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
