They came on one fine morning to my college and gave the best presentation ever. Then they showed us the work culture and this was the most innovative HR I have ever seen. its awesome company and I simply love it. The first round was aptitude test. It was pretty tough. But thanks to the CAT coaching I received the previous year, I was able to clear it effortlessly. then they called me in for the first round of interview. I had to wait for a long nervous hours to reach my turn and they were strict in rejecting candidates below 60% even if the candidate got 59.99 he was rejected. three HR rounds.. all 1:1.. then the first HR asked me question about my family background and myself and told me to wait outside. (she even offered me water since she saw me little tense. Kudos for that to her.. best HR ever..) she was screening my marks and made sure that I got above 60% consistent right through my schooling. the second HR called me in asked me questions about myself and related to me and what I reply and my resume. He tried to test me how I would work under pressure and negatives around. He tried it and I loved the way I could handle the pressure. Thanks to my mom who trained me how to handle pressure. The third round was at their office and I was interviewed by their MD. and he was very nice too. they asked nothing about my education and rather focused on whether I am fit for the job or not. The novel way is that they gave "Gifts" as marks of achievement as I progressed through every round of HR. first I was gifted a pen then a coffee mug and finally for being selected I got a 4gb Pendrive. it was novel and I really love the work culture. Best HR team and office team..

There was a normal aptitude test at the beginning. Then there was a phone call interview and a normal interview and then the hr interview. Throughout the process my communication skills and my interest towards the job were tested.
