First phone interview with a recruiter who was very nice. Next, attended an interview day at the office I was interested in which I met with the VP of Sales and some other people that worked under him.
Just make sure you are prepared and have done a good amount of research on the company. They want to know that you know what you are getting into and if you can be smart about it.
Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.
Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
Went smoothly the recruiter was very helpful in laying out the interview process. three rounds of interviews first screening with recruiter then zoom with hiring manager then onto shadowing/role play for final interview
