The interview consisted of two parts the first part I was taken into a room with 6 people form the company. Pretty standard interview questions, mostly STAR questions…Tell me about a time when? The second part I was taken into a room with about the same amount of company representatives. Everyone was very nice, they try to make you feel relaxed. This part consisted of some more questions and a practical. They played a voice recorded telephone call between customer service and client and asked me to analyse it, what you think went good and bad, what could be done better. Be prepaid to talk to a number of different people, different interview styles and don’t get flustered when talking to at least two different groups of people. Prepare about 5 or 6 success story’s from your previous jobs because you will be asked for examples.
