Hiring process is very friendly in ADP. The manager gives ample time to think and answer. Generally the questions are pertaining to your previous work/ academic background. Family background is also covered usually. Reason for you to leave your previous organization/ chosing the current company/role.

Too long of a process, barely got to speak when talking to a recruiter across the country. The whole time just talking about how great and big the company is.

Very formal interview process with a panel of about 4 people esch time. Had to go through 3 different interviews before they offered the job. Pay was competitive but ended up taking another job somewhere elsd.
