I connected on LinkedIn and got a phone interview in a few weeks and a few days later, had a face to face interview with the Director of Application Developer. She made it relaxed and kept encouraging me although the interview.

Entire process took 2-3 weeks. Initially had a first round interview at University. Post which I was invited to onsite for the final round interview process. Had 2 rounds which was average level difficulty. Heard back from the recruiter a week later about the offer.
