Had multiple phone and in-person interviews. Interviewing process took over a month. Received a lot positive and encouraging information to keep interest and pursuing the position, but then unexpectedly received an email bullet, not even a phone call with an explanation. Beware, the process seemed more like a drill or exercise to them, and insincere as they don't respect your time and lead you on. Do NOT give priority to a potential offer or an expected offer from ADP, even if interviewers and HR express this to a candidate. This is a strategy to feather the beds. Also being more qualified than the interviewers may be perceived as a threat to their job security, especially if they ask where you see yourself in 5 or 10 years... Overall, the company's technology and management seems to be out-of-date and badly needs upgrading. If you are a talented IT professional, looking for a good opportunity, avoid this company.
