J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Pittsburgh, PA) en janv. 2014
Entretien
I came in once and interviewed with three different people (separately). I received a job offer 2-3 days later. The interview was fairly straight forward but the screening process required before you start is lengthy. There is no room for salary negotiations, every individual starting in a given role is offered the same compensation package, regardless of experience, education, etc.
During the initial application process, you'll be required to write a short essay describing why you want to work for ADP. They had a print out of my answers with them in the interview and asked some questions on what I wrote, so make sure you take that portion of the application seriously.

Question 1
Where do you see your career in 5 years? Why do you want to work for ADP? Why would you be a good fit for this role? Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult colleague or manager.
Phone interview, then video interview, then in person. Make sure you complete the "homework" they assign you prior to each interview stage. Otherwise it's not a terribly difficult process. I had to do a role play call in my in-person interview, but again it wasn't bad.
Easy process - phone interview and In-person. Spoke with the recruiter first and then with the VP of sales before the in person. In person was with 3 sales executives.
