Interviewer asked general questions but wasn’t responsive to my answers based on my many years of medical experience. After interview got immediately rejected for a position that had no requirements because the job posting stated we will train you to succeed. Interviewer more concerned about my gap of employment for a position that didn’t start training until late July early August and it’s April now.

phone interview and then video interview. If you are near the office I believe it's a in person interview. Sometimes it takes a while to get the interview but if you are confident you would have good chances

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
