All done over zoom with both levels of management. They took time at the first interviews to describe the job well, all the benefits and how a daily life schedule would be on the job. Went over car allowance and such as well, how the changes from covid has changed business.

Sales history with larger corporations at an officer level.
Slow interview process. Screening with recruiter, one with manager, and other with peers. All virtual. Pleasant experience and chance to ask questions and get feel for the role at each round. Be prepared to have questions ready and highlight your wins/losses, organizational skills, and if you’re comfortable with being in the field selling.

How do you effectively manage your pipeline throughout a sales process?
super easy, 3 stages with a phone call, round with the vp and field ride with a role play at the end. they want to see how you do on the road and in the field. there is a good portion of driving that comes with this job
Start with Internal recruiter, then a video meeting with VP, cold call role play to book appointment with VP and local Sales Manager, lastly in person meeting. Base pay up to $85k plus 10k first year training bonus distributed equally over 12 months
