It started with a phone screen, which was pretty simple. After that, it was a three-part in person interview process. The first interview was pretty much going over my resume, experiences and asking a few behavioral based questions. They really want you to sell yourself/close the deal at the end and ask what the next steps are! The second interview is just a field ride and you're shadowing someone in the position you're interviewing for. It was relaxed and it ended up being from 9am-7pm because we had to drive an hour away. The final interview is a little stressful, you have to have a sales role play where they give you information about a potential client and you have 30 minutes to prepare. During the role play you have figure out how to meet their needs with the different packages ADP offers and ask good questions, and then close again. Mine was not perfect but I was very open to feedback and they appreciated it. I asked a lot of questions about career progression and compensation at the end and they like to see that you're money motivated.
