I got contacted from different recruiters, with wich one them I had a phone interview for an initial screening. The interview was pretty simple asking me very generic questions about my current position, my education, and my future aspirations, with no technical questions at all. A few days later another recruiter called me for a job offer after they had been exchanging information about my initial screening call. The job offer would have been confirmed after a technical interview, and if I had agreed with the offer conditions. As soon as I asked for a minimal review of the conditions, I never got contacted again from the second recruiter, not even a single notification saying that they refused my request or that the position had already been filled eventually. I would say definitely a negative experience.
