He participado en cinco entrevistas dentro de su proceso de selección, incluyendo dos presenciales a las que fui convocado sin ningún tipo de anticipación. Lamentablemente, no recibí ningún tipo de feedback en ninguna etapa. Además, las publicaciones se realizan bajo “empresa confidencial” y ni siquiera se envía un rechazo automático al finalizar el proceso. Sinceramente, ha sido una de las experiencias más desprolijas y poco respetuosas que he tenido en un proceso de selección.

Interviewed for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role. The process dragged on for over two months with long periods of no communication. I was told there would be three interviews, but after completing the third, I was informed there would be another. The third interview also ran twice as long as scheduled (2 hours instead of 1) with no prior notice.
In the end, I received a generic rejection with no feedback, despite the time and effort invested. Overall, it felt disorganized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time — especially disappointing for a role in talent acquisition.
First it was sourcing task. After that Teams interview was being taken.It was a very smooth process of 3 rounds. It was all a very smooth onboarding process. The panelists were very supportive
