J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accor en mars 2025
Entretien
I had a 30-minute phone screening with an HR representative based in Australia. He was very friendly and genuinely interested in learning more about my background and experience. He also gave a brief introduction to the company and the role. The entire process was smooth, and I felt respected throughout the conversation. I’m very interested in both the role and the company; however, unfortunately, they are unable to provide sponsorship for Taiwanese candidates in Singapore.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accor (Dubaï) en nov. 2024
Entretien
I recently interviewed for a position (Digital Marketing Executive- Dubai) that was less senior than my current role.
Unfortunately, the marketing director who conducted the interview seemed primarily concerned with why I am I doing it.
Despite my strong pitch, a customized marketing plan and relevant skills, she repeatedly pressed me to confirm my ability to handle traditional marketing campaigns to assist her, even though this wasn’t mentioned in the job requirement of the position and neither it is a job of Digital Marketing person.
The interviewer also questioned certain details on my resume in a rather aggressive manner, which was unexpected and unprofessional. Also, there were times when she made negative comments about a colleague in my presence.
I had a huge respect for this group but after this interview, it has left a negative impression on my mind about the company culture.
It's disappointing to see how one individual can significantly impact the overall work culture.
