You usually have an initial discussion with HR who brief you about the role and team. Then 1st round is Portfolio round, followed by case study and then Director round which is mostly behavioural. After that offer is shared.

Questions related to portfolio, UI decisions, behavioural aspects and general experience. Screener was about past experience, overview of projects, type of work preferred, etc.

I got contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. She was efficient and very nice. The process was incredibly fast, within 2 weeks. I could not be more impressed, everybody was super accommodating and were available whenever I had questions, lots of time for questions, I did a design challenge and a long interview with the senior UX designer and team lead.
