I thought the hiring process was good except for having the hiring manager go last versus right after the recruiter screen. There's no point in doing the rest if the candidate and hiring manager are not a good fit.

Entretien
Took a month after I submitted my resume before a recruiter reached out to me. Scheduled a call with the recruiter four times to perform the initial screening. Each time the recruiter did not call me, basically ghosting me. I was very polite each time and agreed to reschedule the phone call, each time he left me waiting at our agreed time for his call. It is unprofessional and reflects poorly on Adobe. My old colleagues are within Adobe state they need to hire more folks for this role, but with behavior like this, it will be hard to find and hire the right talent.
