On campus interview followed by multiple interviews on site a couple weeks later. At both rounds, the interviews were entirely behavioral. Got the first on campus interview by attending a career fair and talking to the recruiters at the booth - scheduled on the spot for the next day. Heard about about a week after the on campus interview and was invited to the on site interview.

Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. The recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screening with me, but not only did she show up late, she also started the call by saying that my experience might not be sufficient for the role. Everything she needed was clearly stated on my résumé. If she had already decided I wasn’t qualified, why schedule the call in the first place?
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round of discussion was with the recruiter and the second and third were with the hiring manager and another team member from the finance team. The interviewer checked my basic knowledge about Financial Reporting and my experience with it.

Vorstellung beider Seiten, Details zum Job und Prüfung Personal Fit bzgl. Rolle und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr offener und ehrlicher Austausch über die Erwartungen von beiden Seiten. Insgesamt angenehmes und offenes Gespräch auf Augenhöhe mit dem Hiring Manager
