Entretien
Upfront and professional. Easy and very comfortable talking with the recruiting managers . Explained further my skill sets that i could provide for the company i was applying for. Finished demonstrating my keyboard swiftness through the computerized test.
Relatively easy. One in person interview and a couple hours of shadowing. After that you would have an off site meeting with other account managers or recruiters before an offer was made.

Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Entretien
Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
