Three stages. First was an initial phone screening with an internal recruiter. Asks basic questions and things about your work experience/why Aerotek etc. Second round was an in office interview with two directors. Lasted around 90 minutes and was quite hard. They essentially want you to tell them your life story. They went over my activities/skills from years ago before going into my past work experience. They will put questions on top of questions and continued to poke and prod into things that I thought were relatively insignificant. Overall, it was a bit high pressure and I felt like they were trying to play minds games to see how strong the candidate is mentally. The job is demanding so it makes sense, but it definitely came off as high pressure even from the second round. Third round was an in person shadow followed by a final interview panel with three people (director, account manager and recruiter). It was nice to shadow and meet all the people you'd be working along side with. That being said, it is still very much an interview as each person I shadowed (4 total) were all asking question about what you think this means, what do you think about this, etc. Also, they had me do a mock call to a potential candidate to where you have to set them up for an in office interview. Overall, they are very picky about who they let in and want to make sure that you are able to deal with pressure and feedback. They were very focused on my weaknesses and how they might deal with those in the work environment. Come prepared, enthusiastic and with good questions and be ready to deal with whatever they throw at you.
