They reached out after finding my resume on Monster. It was a group interview with six people and they told us they were only hiring for two positions. It is a commission only position with Aflac selling their insurance, I saw enough reviews here to be wary and they were selling Aflac hard.
Once the presenter/ Interviewer left the room one of the other potential applicants remarked 'Wow this is like a more stable Multi-Level Marketing company.' That sums it up and I do believe you can make money but it looks very unstable. Plus anytime someone does a group interview and starts with they are only hiring two people they are trying way too hard to get the people to compete. Pass for me maybe other people can see the value.

Question 1
They asked people why you were there and if they were willing to hunt for a living. The presenter was very slick and well rehearsed.

Supposed to be in person but was over video call (because of coronavirus). Very nice guy asked very relevant questions and very easy to talk to. Interview was an hour long, not sure how long it was supposed to be. Never felt rushed once. Mostly talked about what I would be doing during the internship and the past jobs I have on my resume.

Initial contact is followed by a group lnterview. That would be okay. Except they pretend that you will meet with Senior Management on the initial interview. I didn't continue myself, but I would recommend the job

A recruiting coordinator emailed me after finding my profile on a job board. She offered an interview with a manager. When I arrived at the office for the scheduled interview, there were three other candidates waiting and we went into the meeting as a group. ** Fortunately, I had checked Glassdoor in advance and knew this would be the format. ** An account representative (not the name in the original email) gave a presentation on the benefits of the job and company. He went around the room and asked us to introduce ourselves. He said the group interview reflected the importance of teamwork on the job. Then it was like a sales pitch. He was open to our questions, which mostly focused on the on boarding process and compensation. We then left our resumes and picked up an information packet. The recruiting coordinator followed up a day later to schedule a one-on-one phone interview.
