I had 3 video interviews with different people that I would potentially be working with. The atmosphere during the interviews was nice. They were very honest about everything. However, after weeks of waiting, I wasn't even notified that I was not selected. It would be nice to get that information even if I was rejected. Overall it was a nice experience.

1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
5 rounds were taken and then they decided to change the process to re-take the rounds.
