J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express (Salt Lake City, UT) en mai 2013
Entretien
Initially, it was a phone interview since it is a job that is mostly based on the phone, they like to see how you act/ react on the phone. Then I had a second interview in person where they explained more about the culture and job expectations. They were friendly and professional on both accounts.

Entretien
There was a long interview process, jumping between four to five different people. and then a long background check process. Overall, the process ran pretty smoothly but was very long

Question 1
Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
