Interview was situational based - with hypothetical questions allowing me to express when i have had a similar situation and how i performed within the circumstances. It was over the phone with the hiring leader whom was in a different state. There was also a follow up interview with her peer, who is located in a different state as well.

3 in person interviews Team / Manager Director VP The questions were focused on past experience and knowledge of Industrial Engineering. It's best to use an interview strategy when discussing previous experience.

Which Industrial Engineering principle do you feel best aligns with your strengths?
Went through 3-4 rounds where they asked behavioral and then some case studies here and there. Really wanted to see how you thought through a problem. Overall the behavioral questions were also centered around how you'd fit into the team and what you value.
