The process takes awhile. Several weeks after submitting online then phone interview. Very nice and conversational type of call. The phone call lasted about 30 minutes. In person interview took another week.

One interview with a recruiter asking very basic questions and then hiring manager with straightforward questions. Only had 3 interviews then offered the position. It’s a hybrid role so I did like that.

A recruiter reached out directly from Amex, and the 1st step was a virtual WebEx meeting. I had my camera on he did not. Whats the point of having a Webex meeting if you are not going to turn your Camera on? I found this super rude. I see this recruiter is now "open to work" It shows that poor habits will catch up to you.
