The interview process entails a huge amount of time being wasted waiting in the reception area as there are no Human Resources team members available on time for the interview to be conducted followed by a series of unnecessary and at times demeaning

There were 3 rounds, 1st with HR, 2nd on phone with the voice and accent trainer, and the 3rd round was more like a panel interview, there were two people taking the interview.
