Comenzas con una entrevista en español virtual, donde te preguntan sobre vos, por que queres trabajar ahi, donde te gustaria verte en unos años. Y luego te realizan unas preguntas en ingles. Si las respondes, procedes a pasar a la entrevista grupal.

Timings are following your actual shift so leaders are mostly on night shift and hence why interview could be late at night or wee hours of the morning. Anticipate hard questions. Role playing also. Ensure communication and listening skills are on point.

I had 3 interviews, One on a video call via phone, one group interview with about 20 other people and one where it was myself, and two managers. The hardest interview was the video call online.
