Recruiter set up a time to speak... Basic question about current sales numbers, behavioral type questions. She asked salary expectations and the process wasn't too stressful. Hiring manager called and asked behavioral type questions. She set up a face to face where I had to prepare a presentation on a company. The meeting went well and I flew out to meet with the regional VP. The RVP was candid and direct. It seem as if I was wasting his time and I knew his decision before I left the office. I was asked to speak to one more director and after waiting for two weeks (my calls and emails were not returned)...then I received the call. The other candidate received and accepted the offer. I was asked to keep in touch.

had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
there are total 3 rounds of the interview
first ground- phone interview with HR
second round and third round, there are the zoom interview with the line manager and director
