The first time they called was to set up a phone interview a week later. The interview was about a half hour. After that, i waited on a scheduler, they set up an in person interview. Once there I met with the finance manager and team manager. They asked very few questions, more compliance questions.

They asked if I knew what an accrual was. It was so unexpected and considering it is the most common thing it threw me off.

Interview was all online, and took about 30 minutes to do. There was not even a person, it was just online prompts asking me questions. I'm sure they had a ton of applicants, being the New York Location. I

Entretien
It was mostly behavioral for first round 30 minute interview. Second interview was 30 min behavioral and then another 30 min technical. They asked basically just about the company and how they make money. things of that sort.

Mainly behavioral. Know about the company and how they make money. Research the position and know what is involved in the day to day. Speak to as many people involved with the role as possible.
