Applied Online and recruiter scheduled an interview onsite. When I requested assistance to commute to the office, the recruiter scheduled a web interview. There were technical difficulties in my web interview and my interviewer demanded I come in person and rescheduled. At the onsite, all my interviewers arrived late. The interview was more an exhibition of the interviewers knowledge than testing my skills, my answers were cut off and my interviewer rambled on. The questions were also very random and not directly relevant to the position being offered. The entire process was distressing. The culture was toxic.

There will be three rounds
Technical 2 and 1 director level
Technical will be grinding with your complete technical skills based on your skills and experience.
Director level interview will be on your leadership skills and how can you manage the situation (situation based)
