I had a first-round phone screen with the recruiter. They asked basic background questions, no tough questions, but then never heard from them again. It was about 20 minutes long.

I had an interview with the recruiter and heard back nothing even though I followed up 4 times. They answered my initial email but nothing afterwards even though I was told that I would be informed of their decision.
