Recruited through campus interviewing. I received a series of mostly behavioral questions from 2-3 different interviewers. All of the interviewers are themselves technical employees, so they are very knowledgeable about what technical positions entail. After the initial campus interview, I was invited to their Phoenix location. We were given a tour and then interviewed again by a different set of 2-3 people. The questions were largely similar, and I was not asked to write code.
Two days after the last interview, I received an offer. It seems like most of the candidates who made it to the final round also received offers.
The recruiters were well organized and got back to me very quickly.

I had applied for AMEX in campus recruitment. The first round was consisting of 50 MCQ questions(30 coding MCQs and 20 Apti MCQs) and two coding questions. On the basis of round 1, they shortlisted almost 13-14 candidates for technical round. they asked a few programming questions and about CV projects. after this, they called for HR round and finally they shortlisted 6 candidates.

HR team was too friendly.First they will make you comfortable .
Actually they want a guy who can accept new technologies.They will also check your algorithm solving capabilities and programming skills
