Internal process is worse than external. You need to do an informational with the hiring leader, then meet with the hiring leader, other peers and finally higher VPs. You may also need to interview with business partners that you would support.

Met with an HR Partner and I thought the discussion went well until I was asked what year did I graduate College. I believe my age was an ultimate factor in their decision making.

Entretien
Several executive level one to one meetings, including the SVP. Everyone seemed disinterested and inconvenienced by the interview. The questions seemed super vague and disconnected to the role so answering them was difficult.

Entretien
I went for the interview which was a mixture of competency based questions and a walk through of my previous roles and experience. The interview went well and I was offered the time after a couple other interviews with HR and someone from the business.
