About 7 steps. Multiple calls with stakeholders, a presentation too. Spoke to the direct manager, their boss, and the VP. Everyone was very nice. Early screening was very easy. Had a great experience.

had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
