After the recruiter screening, there were 3 rounds of interviews with the manager, director and key stakeholders. The interview process took about two weeks and was completely virtual. The questions were all behavioral.

I had an interview with the recruiter and heard back nothing even though I followed up 4 times. They answered my initial email but nothing afterwards even though I was told that I would be informed of their decision.
